This is one of the …
This is one of the first videos I’ve seen where the guitarist keeps the guitar in playing position when intonating! If you intonate with the instrument on a table, the intonation will often out-of-wack when you put the guitar into playing position. Also- you don’t have to use harmonics at the 12th fret…this dude does it right- a regular fretted note is all you need.

take off the string …
take off the string remove the saddle, and turn the saddle 180 degrees so that that “back” faces forward. Then when you tune the string you will have more room to tune the string. You have to try it to see what I mean. It works.

what if a note is sharp, and u set the bridge sattle backwards into the base of the bridge but it is still not in tune correctly even when the sattle is all the way into the base and it cant be moved any more. what do you do?
