@BlueFlame1013 one more thing could be the nut on that side was filed to short or the freboard slot was cut too much causing a decrease in string height in that area. if thats the case you will have to remove the nut and put a very small shim (maybe cardboard) under that side. i would really have to see it to know exactly whats going on.

@BlueFlame1013 it could be because the neck is slightly warped in that area or maybe the nut at the low e is cut too low. eye ball down the neck on that side and see if the neck bends backward near the first few frets. also look at the 4th and 5th fret and see if its coming off the fret board on that side. sometimes they need to be tapped gently back in with a light hammer. the easy fix would be raise the action on the E.
