you can use a pick depending on the sound you want,but it in my opinion is easier to use finger picking

soooo…the song is actually arpegio picked…finger picked. so don’t use a pick, the fingering is p a m i a m throughout that stuff. then you move onto a C power chord, G power chord, A power chord, and then F power chord, all strumming the first two strings with your thumb.
