its just the strings pulling the bridge, open the back of it and add another spring to the bridge and it will help pull it back down. take your strings off before you do this.

Never touch your friends guitars. If its out of intonation or neck needs adjustment, they should do it themselves. Do not find yourself blamed if they arnt happy. You wil end up “marrying the job”
