The only sunburst ive seen him with is the Mustang in this vid.

what about the sunburst stratocaster he had? did he get rid of it?

  • cbyrd2200:

    I understand where …
I understand where he’s coming from, I just disagree with what a good number of people think. There; done.

  • JKryanX:

    this is my last …
this is my last reply, you obviously dont understand where they guy is coming from when he asks for a good beginner guitar.

  • cbyrd2200:

    I would recommend …
I would recommend the same guitar to a beginner as I would a pro really. It’s all based on how much money a person wants to spend; not the guitar they “should” play.

  • JKryanX:

    you seem to be …
you seem to be confused. i pay for all my stuff too. but they original poster stated he wanted a good starter guitar, i dont think anyone in their right mind would say an american fender is a starter guitar. that being said, it is a good guitar, i only play fenders. all three are american tele’s. and one has a custom neck because i wanted a thicker neck than a regular tele neck. but that doesnt mean that someone who is just starting out should go buy an american deluxe strat and a marshall stack

  • cbyrd2200:

    All guitars are …
All guitars are guitars. Maybe you can be some little who grew up thinking that if someone is worse than you then you have to have a better instrument to compensate for a little dick. I had to pay for all of my euipment. And if would’ve been offered a $5,000 Gibson Les Paul Black Beauty with a Bigsaby tailpiece I would’ve taken it in a heartbeat. But no, when I was a teenager my parents made me buy all of my own . So I worked my off and got it you lazy .

  • JKryanX:

    once again, i …
once again, i wouldnt say 1,000 dollar guitar is a starter guitar. but maybe thats just me because i buy my own guitars, i dont tell my rich mommy what to buy and she runs out to buy it for me because she has all the time in the world because she doesnt have to work because she is milking your rich dad for all he is worth.

  • cbyrd2200:

    Wow. Aren’t you hot …
Wow. Aren’t you hot with your awesome internet slang. And as it is, I would think that a starter should start out with an American Fender just as much as a MIM. The only difference is the quality of material. And it’s not like the whole gibson/epiphone situation where gibson makes a better guitar in almost every aspect than epiphone. Fender makes both Mexico and American models and it would by far be a better idea to start someone on an American rather than a MIM.

  • JKryanX:

he said he wanted a …
he said he wanted a guitar that was good for a beginner. read next time noob!

  • cbyrd2200:

    My friend started …
My friend started out with one and they are really really nice beginner guitars. It always seems to me that guitars that are made for beginners like epi specials and fender standard strats like 350$, they last long and once u mess around with them they’re amazing guitars. My brother has a standard strat that came in a package with an amp and whatnot, he replaced the bridge pickup with a duncan performer and wore it in over 8 years; best strat i’ve ever played.

  • cbyrd2200:

    Are you ting me …
Are you ting me? American series Fenders are built to own Mexico series. I can’t think of a single reason why you would rather have a MIM instead of an American other than the price which if you’re serious about what you play won’t matter.

  • JKryanX:

    if i were you i …
if i were you i would get a made im mexico(MIM) fender. epi’s are garbo if you ask me. if you like the gibson sound go with a fender with a humbucker in the bridge or a double humbucker strat or tele
