wrong. The neck will only bow if you take forever to change your strings. Just do it quick. and apply some lemon oil to the fingerboard to preserve it and restore it. If the neck does bow a little. just take it to a reputable guitar store (Like Guitar Center) and they usually will make a quick truss rod adjustment for free. A lot of things can cause your neck to bow, you shouldn’t worry about it with strings!
