Yes, I played …
Yes, I played guitar for a year and picked a bass up and never went back. They are both great instruments but I believe you can be more creative with a bass. Up until Jaco, bass was just a simple backing instrument and these days it is so much more. Go watch some Jaco, Les Claypool and there is a dude on youtube called bassisti,there are so much more but I don’t want to rant.
