2 Trick / Tip to keep your guitar in tune lessonIn this video I show you how to string your guitar in the way that I have found keeps your guitar in tune the best.

This is really helpful for those of us with Strat type guitars that do not have locking nuts, or locking tuners, and also works with any type of guitar electric or not.

    Tip: place a drop …
Tip: place a drop of oil on the saddles where the string rests across the saddle, and also place a drop of oil on the nut where the strings touch there, and that will let the strings slide like they are supposed to, thus preventing any hanging and reducing string breakage as well as helping you stay in tune!

Rock on my fellow cool musician peeps! \m/

    In my master of …
In my master of puppets video you can see me use the whammy (Tremolo) bar pretty darn hard and then play the rest of master of puppets and my guitar is still in tune.

There is one more tip / trick that I will be posting that helps along with this and good quality tuners.

If anyone out there has a guitar with a Whammy (Tremolo) bar and no string locking system, this tip, plus quality tuners, plus the 3rd tip I’ll be posting later will allow you to use your Whammy bar and stay in tune.

    This works really …
This works really well on my Yamaha’s. But I do have to stress that good quality tuners are a must also, quality tuners and using this method of wrapping the strings will help to keep a guitar without a string locking system in tune.

    Thanks,
